is one of the largest carrier-neutral colocation facilities in Hong Kong with a total gross area of more than 396,000 sqft (36,790 sqm).ThisTier 3 data center is a highly secure and modern site, with access to the Hong Kong Internet Exchange and close to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 30 mins from the Central Business District, ideal for expanding multinationals to host their business-critical infrastructure.

Our fully owned 3-story facility offers our customers the flexibility to design the layout and scale the infrastructure with their data center strategy. Our seamless migration and project management ensure a smooth transition and upgrade into a highly reliable facility

•Shared colocation space: Install your own cabinet with flexible floor partitioning available

•2N diesel generator redundancy with 24 hours autonomy at full capacity

•Contract with local fuel company to refill within 4 hours

•DC and other power supply options available upon customer request

•N+1 Water Cooling System with dual distribution paths, CRAC units with N+1 redundancy

•Hot and cold aisle containment zones available

•Controlled at temperature of 21˚C

± 3˚C and humidity at 50% ± 10%

•Raised floor height at 600mm for ground floor and 450mm for first floor

•Floor loading weight expandable to 1,500kg/sqm with under floor reinforcement

•Very early smoke detection alarms (VESDA) installed throughout facility

•FM200/NOVEC fire suppression system in data center halls

•Water leak detection sensors throughout facility

•Loading dock available 24 hours with freight elevator carrying up to 3,000kg load

•Building perimeter with 10.8ft high concrete security fence wall with spikes

•Hydraulic road blockers and bollards installed at entrance of the facility

•20ft wide perimeter driveway securely isolating the data center building

•Single point of entry mantrap with full CCTV monitoring

•Access card control throughout facility and for colocation areas

•24 x 7 security guards on site
